Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at oohlalaagirl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
